The present work deals with the borderline personality disorder in adolescents in the context of primary nursing . The primary nursing is defined in this context as the optimal organization of care systems for this group of patients. At the beginning of the work, the personality disorder is explained and in addition primary nursing is defined. After that, the issue between borderline personality disorder, as mental health problem and primary nursing opens. Subsequently it is shown, how important the requirements, ambitions and interventions for primary nurses are in this specific setting. Especially in working with juveniles is a big significance to work with a care system, in which the human being takes center. It is emphasized in the work, how important the professional relationship formation in the course of primary nursing in the setting of adolescent psychiatry is. After all these explanations the focus of the work is on the optimization of primary nursing in psychiatry. The issue of primary nursing, especially in the psychiatric field, is essential and it is necessary to found resources to optimize this care system, especially in working with young people. The work should demonstrate this aims.
