The following thesis is based on the evaluation of the interviews with the coworkers of the institution *peppa. The first part gives a theoretical overview on relevant intercultural and feminist theories of the past and the present. The theoretical knowledge supports the empiric part of the thesis and therefore helps answering the research question „What does intercultural, feminist social work mean to the employees of *peppa?“. Qualitative interviews with the co-workers were hold and analyzed for the empiric part of the thesis. The observational research part represents the summary of the selected data. The data shows the diverse perceptions in terms of their work values. The aim of the research is to collect these work values and provide *peppa the results.
Furthermore there was drawn a sketch for a project for the institution.
