At first, a rough summary about how the dietary habit of children generally evolves gives a basic understanding for he eating behaviour for this target group. The
D-A-C-H dietary reference values are beeing captured to get an insight of he diatary recommondations for primary school children. Some of the most considerable Micronutients are specified. Later on the reference values will be compared to the available data for the actual nutrient supply. Therefore, numbers from the „Österreichischer Ernährungsbericht 2012“ are beeing used. Nutrients with an inadiquate supply get summed up, followed with a declaration of he food (groups) that contain these certain nutrients and the consequences of a nutrient deficiency. This will be the base for suggested measures, that could optimise the supply to improve the food situation of primar school children. In the last chapter a workshop for children will be presented, which is going to be the groundwork for he empirical part of the bachelor thesis.
