The central part of this paper is dedicated to examining the pedagogue’s professional pedagogic attitude with regards to the field of elementary pedagogy. One documented case can be seen as the foundation of this discussion.
Especially important are the missing definitions, which lead to an absence of communal understanding in theory and practice. This functions as a starting point for describing the current state of research by examining theoretical models. Additionally, an attempt of defining terms by literature research is made.
Further chapters are dedicated to discussing aspects that are crucial for developing a professional pedagogic attitude. The focus here lies on personal development regarding learning processes, the professionalization and the pedagogic actions.
Another important field is the area of reflection, which also plays an essential role in psychoanalytical pedagogy.
Finally, a case analysis will be included, as well as its pedagogic consequences. In doing so, actual suggestions for fieldwork are given.
