This thesis deals with the attitudes and expectations of pedagogues with regard to an edu-cational partnership with parents. In order to deal with the question, the research on the educational partnership with parents is presented in the theoretical section. After that, the concept, the basic understanding of the educational partnership, and the expectations of parents and educators about the partnership are discussed. In this context, the concept of the professional attitude of pedagogues is of utmost importance. At the end of this chap-ter, the path from parental work to the educational partnership is described. In the next part of the thesis, the empirical part describes the design of the research and explains the sample. Furthermore, data collection and recording and data evaluation are described in detail. In the next part of this chapter the method is concretized. This is followed by the result section, which contains the results of the secondary analysis as well as the deep hermeneutical evaluation results. Finally, the discussion on the results is given. The aim of the thesis is to show the implicit and explicit attitude of pedagogues on this topic.
