The idea, for creating a 6 axis robot and a SCARA robot came from the FH Campus Wien-University of applied sciences Vienna. The FH Campus Wien University of applied sciences Vienna working on a project, for a 6 axis robot and a SCARA robot.
All technical drawings should have the same consistent standard. All components should have the same suitable CAD. Also, assembly drawings will be studied and revised. It makes an optimize of the components necessary. Also the possible movement of the robot arms, the laying of the cables to the engines and the laying of the cables to the sensors are to optimize. The necessary operating space is to check, so you can prepare the danger area. Also the cable fixing is to analyze. The missing components are to design .Then the individual components will be pre-fabricated with a 3D printer. The thesis should also include an assembly instruction, about the 6 axis robot and the SCARA robot. The mechanical components will be manufactured by the company Babitsch Mechanics. It should also include the joint translation and the maximum angle of translation, for the electric motors. This thesis also includes a documentation about both robot systems.
