This bachelor thesis analyses whether there is a connection between motivation and develop-ment of quality in the elementary educational field. Especially, the role of the kindergarten leader is in focus. If its management style and actions influences the motivation of kindergar-ten employees and hence the development of the quality in the kindergarten.
To show the relevance for the elementary educational practice those theories and models will be outlined which can be implemented in everyday life in the kindergarten. The assistants are in focus of this approach.
