Today, the collection of data is an important task area. In many cases, this is implemented using forms, which are then archived or further processed. This process can be speeded up and simplified by digitizing forms because the data is stored centrally within seconds of the submission of the form. In addition, digital forms offer the possibility to adapt to the user and to assist him filling in the information. This work describes a form framework that simplifies the creation of digital forms in the Microsoft SharePoint 2013 (Microsoft, 2013) environment. The framework, developed as a SharePoint 2013 farm solution, can be easily integrated into an existing SharePoint 2013 farm and offers the option of replacing the standard forms for lists with dynamically generated forms. These are defined in XML configuration files and offer various functions such as event-driven changing of the status of the form fields, subdivision of the form into several areas, connection of external data sources and much more. The presentation of the form has been adapted to the standard design of SharePoint so as not to affect the user experience due to the new functionalities.
