The thesis at hand deals with a documented case out of pedagogical practice. The material shows that, during the implementation of an organization's specific familiarization concept, pedagogues can react with insecurity and resistance to the educational partnership with parents.
In order to guarantee the implementation of guiding concepts in the interest of quality development and assurance, this paper points to the necessity of thorough reflection and the analysis of both self and external perception. In this context, continuing education on psychoanalytical concepts plays an important role. This thesis intends to present the method of work discussion, with its help, pedagogues learn to reflect on their practice continuously, critically and, above all, more thoroughly.
