The aim of this bachelor thesis is to examine the work related future wishes and perspectives of adolescents and young adults with the experience of escaping from their home countries and to discuss the influence of the Initiative Projekt Schule für Alle (PROSA) on the mentioned target group. The theoretical part elaborates important issues such as the special context of adolescence and fleeing as well as trauma and resilience. The empirical part is based on eight interviews, which were conducted with current and former students of PROSA. The main results of the research are the existing disparities regarding power, which are reflected in knowledge and financial resources as well as the importance of positive social relations, which can influence the development of future perspectives.
Related to the research question, PROSA shows a great individual importance for the target group, later on this impact can influence the well-being of adolescents and young adults in a positive way.
