The following thesis describes the different views of the project coordinators, the amigas/amigos and the refugees in relation to the Amigo-Project in Upper Austria. The introductory theoretical foundation deals with the Amigo-Project itself and the general structure of a project. Furthermore, it includes the topics culture, interculturality and integration. This theoretical background builds the base for the empirical part and as a result of that, the answer to the research question “Amigo-Project as a measure of integration in Upper Austria. How is the project seen and experienced by the views of refugees, amigas/amigos and project coordinators?” In the course of this group bachelor thesis, narrative interviews with two project coordinators, three amigas/amigos and three refugees have been conducted and analyzed. Thus, various views in relation to the Amigo-Project have been summarized in a transparent way. In conclusion, a project outline has been created based on the results of the empirical research.
